General terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS
All reservations are only guaranteed after payment of a deposit of the value of three nights for a stay exceeding 3 nights and 100 % for a stay of 3 nights or less.

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS or SHORTENED STAYS
The total deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation, modification or shortened stays.

ARRIVAL
We will make every effort to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible, however rooms are not expected to be ready until 3:30pm.

DEPARTURE
Keys should be returned before 11.00am.

MISCELLANEOUS
Animals are not permitted.
